  • Dr. Sonia Chawla is a highly skilled Consultant Gynaecologist in Delhi and Advanced Gynaecological Laparoscopic Surgeon with over a decade of experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Chawla is proficient in both diagnostic and operative gynaecological procedures and has developed extensive expertise in laparoscopic surgery.

  • She completed her MBBS from the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (PGIMS), Rohtak in 2008, followed by an MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Sardar Patel Medical College, Bikaner in 2013. In 2014, she earned her DNB from the National Board of Examination, New Delhi, further enhancing her qualifications.

  • Her area of specialisation includes advanced gynaecological laparoscopy, covering a range of minimally invasive procedures such as hysterolaproscopies, tubal clipping, salpingectomy, adhesiolysis, myomectomy, and total laparoscopic hysterectomy. She is also experienced in performing operative hysteroscopies.

  • Dr. Chawla has served as a senior consultant gynaecologist and laparoscopic surgeon since 2018.
