  • In 2011, Dr. Deepika trained in inhalation sedation at Sri Sai Dental College, Vikarabad. She gained extensive experience in providing dental treatments for children under sedation and general anaesthesia during her tenure at Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal.

  • Dr. Deepika has significantly contributed to the research, with over 25 research papers published in national and international Scopus-indexed journals. She has authored several chapters in textbooks for undergraduate dental students published by Elsevier. She has undertaken numerous research projects and guided both undergraduate and postgraduate students in research on early childhood caries and its management.

  • Dr. Pai’s 16 years of teaching experience earned her the Good Teacher Award from Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal, in 2019. Besides her high-level dentistry skills, Dr. Deepika excels in behaviour management, providing dental treatment for children with a tender care approach.

  • Dr. Deepika has a strong communication skill with the fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi and Tulu. Her passion for teaching and research, combined with clinical expertise, makes her a valuable asset to both the patients and students.
