Dr. Praveen M Ganigi, Neurosurgeon, Manipal Hospital Old Airport Road...my wife underwent L4 surgery. We were managing since last 4 years but it gradually increased with time. Was in dilemma as whole world would advice you against the surgery. But it depends on case to case basis and along with your research, doctor would be best to judge the criticality and suggest line of treatment. So Consulted few Surgeons before opting Dr Praveen. We chose him based on reference by our neighbor who also had critical spine case. We had very good exp with doctor and Manipal Hospital.
