After this, she worked at Manipal Hospitals in the Paediatric Emergency Department and Paediatric Pulmonology Department, before undertaking a two-year position as a Senior Fellow in Paediatric Respiratory and Sleep Medicine at University Hospital Southampton, UK, which is a distinguished institution for paediatric respiratory and sleep medicine, that has pioneered research in cystic fibrosis and paediatric sleep medicine.
