Premium consultation now allows patients to book consultations (online or via phone) with the best consultants of their choice after office hours. We have evening OPD facilities especially for the working professionals that offer zero waiting time to visit the consultant doctor. We also have a walk-in option with a minimal waiting time of about 10 - 15 minutes or less for consultations at no extra charges.
Exclusive Waiting Area: We, at Manipal Hospitals, have an exclusive waiting area for the convenience of our patients. Prime access allows you to rest and relax in this exclusive waiting area that is spacious, comfortable, private, and secure. You can enjoy the ambience and tranquillity along with other facilities including snacks, hot beverages, recharging points for your phones, TV entertainment, newspapers, and magazines that keep you occupied while waiting for your consultation.
Personal Attention: Your comfort and convenience matter to us the most. We, at Manipal Hospitals, believe in providing personalised care and attention to our patients. Our guest relations executive will accompany you to the premium OPD and help you with the registration formalities. Our guest relations executives will also help you with the pharmacy, radiology, and lab services. They will follow up with the Lab reports or the radiology reports and send them across to you via email saving you a trip to the hospital just to collect the reports.
Fast-tracked Services: We offer fast-track OPD facilities, including consultation. Our motto is to reduce your waiting time. Fast track services ensure zero waiting and make sure you spend quality time with the doctor. We make sure that the OPD slots are made available to you through the call centre, website, or via phone call. You can contact us through any of the above-mentioned services and book an appointment. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an SMS of the booked appointment including details of the date and time of the appointment. You will also receive a call back an hour before the appointment.
Premium Parking: We at Manipal hospitals have a private parking area with ample parking space and valet parking services. We want our patients not to go through that painful trek to find a parking spot. We offer safe and secure 24/7 valet parking services to cater exclusively to our patients and ensure convenience and a hassle-free experience. Once you arrive at the Hospital, you are requested to show your premium OPD appointment SMS to the security who will, in turn, arrange for a valet parking staff to drive your vehicle to the premium parking area. When you are done with your consultation, please inform any of our security staff who will arrange to bring back your car safe from the parking area.
